CONCORD, N.C. — A Concord man is behind bars after officials say he sexually abused two minors over a three-year period, our news partners at the Independent Tribune reported.
Michael Brad Hoggard, 36, of Leo Road, Concord, was arrested Thursday and charged with three counts of first degree rape of a child and three counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
According to arrest warrants, Hoggard sexually abused two minors at multiple times between January 2012 and August 2015,
He is serving time for a domestic violence protective order violation and has a $750,000 bond on the sex charges.
One victim was a child less than 13 years old at the time of the alleged incidents.
The other was less than 16 years old.
Hoggard is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 28.
