Police: Freedom Park flasher arrested after exposing himself to 2 women

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two women told police a man exposed himself in a busy Charlotte park in the middle of the afternoon.

Officers arrested Jed Osuagwu on Monday.

They said he exposed himself to the women while they were in Freedom Park just before noon.

He is out of jail after posting bond.
