MOORESVILLE, N.C. — MONDAY UPDATE: Jasmine Brown has been safely located.
Police in Mooresville need the public's help finding a missing 16-year-old girl.
Jasmine Brown was last seen on Sunday around 4 p.m.
Jasmine is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 104 pounds with braces and several tattoos. One tattoo is of a skull on her right thigh, her name is tattooed on her stomach and she has a heart with musical notes tattooed on her back.
Police are also looking to identify a man who was last seen with her. He is described as having very long dreads that reach almost his waist line.
