JACKSON, S.C. — A man was found shot to death after police in South Carolina responded to a 911 call about stolen Christmas presents, authorities said.
The owner of a home on state Highway 125 near Jackson called police about 4 a.m. Wednesday and said when he came home, he noticed some Christmas presents were stolen and others moved around a room, Aiken County deputies said in a news release.
