ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police in Rock Hill said a woman is facing DUI charges because of her own daughter.
Officers said Miranda Flowers' 11-year-old called police Sunday.
The girl said her mom almost hit two cars on the way home after having several drinks at a restaurant.
In addition to the DUI charges, Flowers has also been charged with child endangerment.
