CHARLOTTE — Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department located James Elbert Harris, 69, who was reported missing Sunday.
Police said he was last seen around 3:30 p.m. in the 8800 block of North Tryon Street.
Police released an update Sunday night saying Harris was located unharmed.
