Police: Thief stole $40K in A/C parts from dialysis center

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are searching for the person who stole $40,000 worth of air-conditioning units from a dialysis clinic in east Charlotte.

According to police, someone stole the A/C units and copper parts from Davida Dialysis on North Sharon-Amity Road either late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.

Police said they do not have a description of the person who stole the parts.
