SOUTH CAROLINA — In the race for District 65 of the House of Representatives, incumbent Cody Mitchell is facing a primary challenge from Barbara Arthur. The winner will face Democrat Tanisha Baskin in November. The district includes part of Lancaster and Chesterfield Counties. Neither Mitchell nor Arthur responded to our candidate guide.
