CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A large property at Plaza Midwood’s prime intersection that’s been under the same ownership for more than 40 years will soon be listed on the market.

About 12 acres at Pecan and Central avenues, encompassing a development called Central Square, is “coming soon” to the market, according to a flyer with Charlotte brokerage Berkeley Capital Advisors. The listing doesn’t currently have an asking price but the entire property is valued at $18.2 million, according to the most recent Mecklenburg County property revaluation.
The listing appears to include what is today three separate but contiguous parcels: the 4.5-acre swath that includes former warehouse buildings with tenants that include a yoga studio and hair salons; a 6.3-acre segment that includes a strip retail center with tenants like The Roasting Co. and Bistro La Bon as well as surface parking and outparcel buildings like Elizabeth Billiards and Sammy’s Deli; and the 1.1-acre plot at the hard corner, where CVS Pharmacy operates.
