CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A five year-long education initiative starts Monday to improve the graduation rate in Charlotte.
More than 12,000 students will receive help during Project Lift’s summer programs.
The Charlotte Post reports the project will first focus on students at West Charlotte High School, and the middle and elementary schools that feed into it.
