Residents want growing pothole fixed in west Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Neighborhood residents who live on a west Charlotte road have been dealing with a growing pothole for years.

The hole on June Furr Road started as small as a golf ball.

"It's a traffic concern,” resident Tiara Davis said. “It's a hazard for the school bus. It's a hazard for anyone who lives down here."

The damage has grown so much, trash trucks won’t even drive on the road.
