GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — A school bus driver says she looked back at a student who was standing up when her bus went off the road and crashed, according to court documents.
Two dozen students from Bessemer City primary and middle schools were hurt in the crash near Bessemer City, two weeks ago. One broke their arm.
Investigators are reviewing the surveillance video from inside the bus.
