CHARLOTTE — No charges will be filed in a home break-in that ended with a man dead earlier this month on Florentine Way in west Charlotte, police said.
Luis Sharp was found shot to death.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said the shooting was justified and the district attorney will not press charges.
It was not a random act of violence, police said.
