CONCORD, N.C. — A Silver Alert was issued for a missing Concord teen who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Precious Maxwell, 15, was last seen in early December in the 3100 block of Roberta Road wearing a burgundy long-sleeved shirt with Gastonia in white letters, pink pajama pants and white slip-on shoes.
She was located on Dec. 19 and is safe, police said.
