CHARLOTTE, N.C. — At a time when our children feel unsafe at schools, a new problem in the country is being introduced, aiming at stopping mass violence before an attack happens.
The Charlotte area is still trying to move forward after the deadly shooting inside Butler High School.
In many of the tragic mass shootings nationwide, red flags were missed, whether it be social media posts or family and friends had a gut feeling.
Now, the State Bureau of Investigation said there is a new unit that will work across North Carolina to identify them and save lives.
