CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Time Warner Cable has been experiencing outages across the country, according to the company.
Issues started at about 4:20 p.m. Sunday.
At about 6:00 p.m. nearly 20,000 problems with service were reported from Charlotte to Los Angeles, according to TWC.
Those numbers decreased later and by 9 p.m., only a few hundred outages were reported.
