CHARLOTTE — Tri Pointe Homes Inc. has started its latest project in the Charlotte region.
The homebuilder will develop a townhome project in Belmont named Seven Oaks at McLean. That community calls for 100 rear-load townhomes in the McLean community on Lake Wylie. Tri Pointe is planning to open the neighborhood in the summer of 2024.
Seven Oaks at McLean is adjacent to Tri Pointe’s McLean South Shore project, which includes single-family detached homes near the waterfront.
