MONROE, N.C. — The Union County couple behind bars on child abuse charges now faces foreclosure.
Former Department of Social Services supervisor Wanda Larson and her boyfriend Dorian Harper were charged after handcuffing a foster child to their porch and hanging a dead chicken around his neck, according to court documents.
A judge will hear from the couple concerning a $124,000 note on their Monroe home.
