CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two men stole a woman's car Friday night after robbing her at gunpoint and then led police on a chase before crashing into another car, officials said.
Police said the robbery happened on Pondella Drive in Charlotte. They quickly found the suspects and the car, which led to a chase ending at the intersection of The Plaza and Sugar Creek Road, according to authorities.
No one was hurt during the robbery and crash.
The intersection was shut down for a few hours while officers investigated the scene.
One man has been arrested, but police are still searching for the second suspect.
