CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Channel 9 expects to learn more about changes at the North Carolina Music Factory which could impact the entire complex.
Reporter Jenna Deery learned at a news conference Thursday that the NC Music Factory's name would change to Avidxchange Music Factory, as the company expands in the area.

Avidxchange broke ground in September.
The name change reflects the corporate campus expansion of Avidxchange in the area. They are leasing up to 35,000 square feet to expand the employee base.
Charlotte City Council has already approved a new hotel and a office-condo complex to be added to the Music Factory with Avidxchange.
Count on Channel 9 to be there and ask officials about the Music Factory's future, on Eyewitness News at 5 p.m.
