KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C.,None — Police charged a Kings Mountain man with assault for allegedly giving a girl a hickey on her chest.
Andre Dwayne Mintz, 18, is accused of assaulting the girl by “putting a ‘hickey’ on her right breast,” on Tuesday, according to a magistrate’s order. Officer F.L. Whittington of the Kings Mountain Police Department arrested Mintz and charged him with one count of assault on a female.
A police report was not immediately available Thursday.
Mintz was booked into the Cleveland County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond, according to the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office website. He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
