Police: Suspected drunken driver runs into Durham jail with car

DURHAM, NC — A suspected drunken driver in Durham didn't have to go far after he hit the jail with his car over the weekend, police said.

The car slammed into the front of the building.

The driver didn't have any major injuries.

Police have not released the man's name.
