Home prices are falling in most major U.S. cities, according to the S&P/Case-Schiller report released Tuesday.

The report shows price declines in 19 cities from December to January. Prices in Charlotte and 10 other areas hit their lowest levels since the housing bust. The other cities include Atlanta, Las Vegas, Detroit and Cleveland.

The report says prices in the metro area dropped 1.1 percent from December and almost 5 percent from January 2010.
