STRUTHERS, Ohio — A 4-year-old was killed and four other people were hurt when gunfire erupted at an Ohio home early Monday, authorities said.

According to WFMJ and WKBN, the mass shooting occurred about 2 a.m. at a home on Perry Street in Struthers. Struthers police said the suspect walked inside and began shooting at people, striking a 4-year-old boy, two men and two women, WKBN reported. The child died, and one of the other victims was critically hurt, authorities said.
Authorities said the suspect, a man, fled after the shooting, according to WKBN. No further information about the suspect or victims was immediately available.
