PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania girl who received a multiple organ transplant in 2016 has a special request this Valentine’s Day – and you can help.
Kyree Beachem, 12, of Ellwood City, who received a four-organ transplant, is back in Children’s Hospital battling organ rejection, according to posts on a Facebook page dedicated to updating supporters.
To help lift her spirits, Kyree is asking for cards this Valentine’s Day.

In November 2016, Kyree was nearing liver failure when she received a liver, pancreas, colon and intestines.
The transplant also drew worldwide attention.
