GASTONIA, N.C.,None — A woman is accused of throwing a potato slicer into the windshield of another woman's car Thursday.
Brittany White reported to the magistrate's office that she was at the drive-through window at Wendy's on East Franklin Boulevard when the incident happened. White wrote in an affidavit that she was talking to a friend who works at the restaurant when Chakelia Monique Burris threatened to hit her.
White started to drive away, and Burris threw a potato chopper through the window of her car and shattered it, according to the affidavit.
Burris was charged with injury to personal property.
