Pharmacy, sorority, nurses team up for COVID-19 vaccination event

A community collaboration will be held between Premier Pharmacy and Wellness Center, The Premier Foundation, Piedmont Black Nurses Association and the Deltas of Charlotte Foundation, which have teamed up for a COVID-19 vaccination event.

The partnering organizations will provide either first or second dose vaccines of Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson.

If this is your second dose, you are asked to bring your COVID-19 vaccination record card to the event.

The event will be held at the Delta Center, 5408 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28216.

All individuals ages 16 and over are eligible and no appointment is necessary.

All COVID-19 vaccines have been shown to be highly effective at preventing COVID-19 by creating an antibody response without sickness.

Getting vaccinated may also protect people around you, particularly people at increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19.
