Each fall, Carowinds ups the thrills and chills when it transforms into the terrifying SCarowinds, one of the biggest Halloween events in the Carolinas.
Fears come alive as you enter the darkest of dwellings of haunted mazes or walk through terrifying scare zones and come face to face with monsters, creatures and the unknown. Enter if you dare, survive if you can!

New dreadful attractions this year
Dead Man’s Landing takes you through a bustling port where the lost souls of pirates are looking to add to their bloodless, cadaverous crew while The Hollow is a wretched, forsaken boneyard where evil creatures carve their victims into unimaginable, unidentifiable shapes and forms.

Open select Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights Sept. 21 through Oct. 28. Haunts begin at 7 p.m. and last until midnight (open til 1 a.m. Oct. 20 and 27).
