CHARLOTTE, N.C. - It's a safe haven for homeless animals and caffeine addicts.
Mac Tabby Cat Café, Charlotte's first cat cafe, is open in the historic North Davidson Arts District (NoDa) and has already helped to save the lives of many felines in danger of being euthanized.
