On Thursday morning, officers with the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team arrested 36-year-old Radi Meyers and charged him with murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Witnesses said they heard several gun shots, walked outside, and found Massard dead in the parking lot.
Channel 9 spoke with a woman who works nearby who said the shooting happened when children were getting off the school bus. She said it's frustrating that people have to be scared to let their children walk in their own neighborhood -- a place she called a problem area.
