CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — Charlotte band "Eyes of the Elders" was formed 2004 when emcees Bearcat and Ricky Radar joined forces after graduating from Appalachian State University and moving to Charlotte, NC. Today, the group consists of five artists from different music backgrounds.
