CHARLOTTE — One person was injured in a shooting in north Charlotte early Sunday morning.
MEDIC responded to the scene on Hackberry Creel Trail around 1:40 a.m.
When paramedics arrived, they found one person had sustained a gunshot wound.
Officials said the patient was sent to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
No additional details have been made available.
