CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — A man in Chester County was airlifted to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte after deputies said his 15-year-old stepson stabbed him in the back.

Emergency crews were called Wednesday to Cedarhurst Road, where they found the man with multiple stab wounds.
Investigators said an argument led to the stabbing.
The sheriff said the case is still under investigation.
