MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. — A 16-year-old is accused of driving drunk, and causing the death of another teen.
Davidson police say Tristan Lehman was behind the wheel, driving recklessly and impaired on Shearer Road early Saturday morning.
They say that led to the death of 16-year-old Eamon Leary.
Lehman was booked into the Mecklenburg County Jail on Saturday.
He has since posted bail.
