CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department charged an 18-year-old they say had an illegally modified gun and drugs.
Officers say they got a noise complaint near the Spire Luxury Apartments off University City Boulevard.
CMPD says they seized the items and arrested Ian Kuis-Wever.
He is charged with possessing marijuana and a weapon of mass destruction.
