STANLY COUNTY, N.C. — Two people are behind bars, accused of manufacturing methamphetamine while children were in the home.
Stanly County deputies went to the home Tuesday morning on Bethlehem Church after a woman reported that an acquaintance, who was at the house, borrowed her car and didn't return it.
When deputies walked up to the house, they saw a man in a shed. Officials approached him and spotted materials used to make meth.
Jesse McLaurin and Heather Eudy were arrested, deputies said.
Three children were in the home.
