A 93-year-old woman said she was having trouble with the store that sold her $4,000 hearing aids she bought in 2011.
Catherine Waugh said she can hear better, but her hearing aids keep falling out of her ears.
Waugh bought the hearing aids from the Belton Office on Kings Drive.
Waugh has been back numerous times for adjustments, but says that nothing has helped.
Both she and her husband say they’re fed up fiddling with the hearing aids to make them stay in.
Now, the couple wants their money back.
The Beltone Office owner, Jason Orsik, said he wants to work with Waugh but that she refused to keep her appointments.
Orsik said he would fit her with newer hearing aids at no additional cost.
Waugh gave the Belton Office, and Orsik, another chance.
Now she has hearing aids that do not fall out.
