RALEIGH, N.C. — The plane that normally carries the president performed practice runs in North Carolina Monday.
The plane that is designated as Air Force One when the president is on board was spotted flying around Raleigh-Durham International Airport Monday afternoon.
The Boeing 747 circled the airport and did some "touch-and-go" landings.
The practice runs are conducted at airports around the country.
