Applebee's in Lancaster robbed Monday morning

LANCASTER, S.C. — Monday morning, an Applebee's manager was robbed by a masked gunman.

The armed robbery occurred at the Applebee's off Highway 9 in Lancaster.

The manager said that the culprit forced him into the rear office area and demanded that he hand over all available cash.

Officers are unaware of the direction in which the gunman headed following the incident.

Officers are still investigating the incident.
