GASTONIA, N.C. — A new housing development could be coming to Gastonia near Crowders Mountain State Park.
Suncrest bought hundreds of acres off Camp Rotary Road.
It plans to create a large residential project named Arcadia, accoridng to the Charlotte Business Journal.
The company plans to start development on nearly 430 home lots, with homes completed by mid-2027.
