CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-based Bank of America Corp. launched its digital My Rewards platform last week — a change that allows customers to view all of their BofA rewards programs on one dashboard.

My Rewards can track and manage rewards customers earn through the Preferred Rewards program, credit cards and BankAmeriDeals. It shows digital users the value of their rewards in each program, while also compiling information on ways to redeem those rewards.
“It provides clients a new level of visibility into rewards they have earned to date and how they can earn even more,” says David Tyrie, consumer products executive. “My Rewards will change the way our clients think about their rewards, offering greater transparency across programs to earn and redeem rewards in a simpler way.”

Customers can access My Rewards on the BofA website starting this week, while the mobile app rollout will continue through the month.
