CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. — A Catawba County furniture maker is hiring thanks to incentives from the county, our partners at the Hickory Daily Record reported.
The board of commissioners voted to give Coley Homes financial incentives to add at least 40 jobs.
That number could grow to nearly 80 new positions over five years.
Starting salary is $61,000.
