    CHARLOTTE, N.C. - PROGRAMMING ALERT: Channel 9 Eyewitness News will be on the air Thursday at 12 p.m. for a one-hour special.

    We will have complete comprehensive coverage of the ongoing snowstorm 2014.


    Eyewitness News will go back on the air at 4 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.

    We have constant updates on wsoctv.com, our social media sites as well as on air.


    Snow has started to fall again Thursday morning and is expected to add a couple more inches to the area.


    Snowfall totals have varied around the area with as much as 8 inches reported in Monroe and 4.5 inches in Charlotte.


    The forecast will continuously evolve. Channel 9 will keep you up with the latest information to the weather.
