CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charges have been dropped Wednesday against a 16-year-old, who police said killed her mother’s boyfriend.
The Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Office said a pattern of abuse and neglect at the home on Cherry Street led them to dismiss the murder charge against Deanna Watson.
