CHARLOTTE — On Monday Charlotte City Councilmembers will unveil affordable housing projects they think are worth taxpayer funding.
There is about $41 million left to spend of the Housing Trust Fund.
In 2024, Charlotte voters approved $100 million for affordable housing projects.
