CHARLOTTE — Charlotte City Manager Marcus Jones will unveil his proposed FY27 budget on Monday.
It will give council members and residents their first look at whether he is recommending a property tax increase or any utility fee hikes for the upcoming fiscal year.
The presentation is scheduled for 5 p.m.
It will mark the official start of this year’s budget debate.
