CHARLOTTE — Charlotte’s Metropolitan Transit Commission is set to meet at 11 a.m. on Wednesday to discuss the future of transit lines if a proposed sales tax increase passes.
Commissioner Leigh Altman says we’re expected to learn how much routes like the Red Line and Silver Line will cost.
Charlotte is hoping for the referendum in 2025 but needs the general assembly’s permission to put it on the ballot.
