CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte city leaders are selling the old seats from Bojangles Coliseum to the public.
Officials are working on selling nearly 800 seats, according to a city memo.
They're planning to make the seats available in two- or three-seat units for less than $50.
The city is changing out the seats as part of a massive renovation of the coliseum.
The Charlotte Checkers will play there this fall, and will have a bigger scoreboard, a new sound system and new locker rooms.
