CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Work is ongoing to lock in hospitality tenants for this uptown bar and restaurant hub.

Northside Station saw 50% of its tenants — Topgolf Swing Suite, Lucky’s Bar & Arcade and The Imperial — close permanently during the pandemic. QC Social Club — which is rebranding as CharlotteLive — Sabor and Jimmy John’s remain.

“A lot of people in uptown and elsewhere just had problems being shut down,” says Davis Hahn, with Ascent Real Estate Partners.

Hahn and Aaron Ligon recently began marketing those vacant spaces at 300 N. College St., with a goal of lining up new bar and restaurant concepts.
