Clover High School steps up security at football games

CLOVER, S.C. — The Clover School District is starting the new school year with new security changes at all home football games.

Starting in August, Clover High School's Memorial Stadium will implement a clear bag policy.

Purses, bags and backpacks will not be allowed at the venue. Only clear bags can be brought inside.

Stadium security will also use metal detectors and wands.

Children younger than 12 must be with an adult.
